Refund policy

1. Yarns

Interlock Studio Shop does not offer refunds or exchange on our deadstock services.

However, we can accept refunds on our in-stock services for up to 14 days after purchase. All items must be unused, unwound, and in their original condition. Labels, packaging, and accessories (if any) must be intact. You are required to show a proof of purchase.

2. Quality

The quality of the deadstock services may vary to that of the original. You will be responsible to check your purchase carefully before your proceeding the payment. Returns will not be entertained.

3. Shipping

Shipping cost is non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items.

Once we receive your items, we will inspect them and notify you that we have received a return. Inspection will be done then.

Upon successful return, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original payment menthod. The amount of time it will take for your to receive the credit will depend on your card issuer's policies.

4. Defective Product

Our dead stock services do not support refunds or exchange for defective product.

However, we are happy to support refunds or exchange for our in-stock services. You are required to show a proof of purchase with an image of the defects. You are responsible for your own shipping costs.
